WHAT IS EXPERIENCIAL EDUCATION?
It is learning by doing, followed by reflecting on the experience. Instead of just reading or listening, learners participate in hands-on activities, challenges, games, or real-world tasks. The learning doesn't happen from the action alone; it happens when learners look back at what they did, analyze what went well, and figure out how to apply it next time. It bridges the gap between theory and practice, making the concepts stick much better than traditional lecture-based learning.

Conceptualize
Figure out what lessons or rules can be drawn from it.
Reflect
